Claudia’s love for real estate began at the age of 10 when she witnessed her first real estate transaction between her uncle a real estate investor. She quickly realized that real estate was a gateway to a better future. After college, she went on to work in the Mortgage Industry for 7 years and gained an invaluable lesson in investing and home buying. However, that desire to become an agent still lingered on and she became a full-time agent. With her combined experience between mortgage and real estate, Claudia brings the passion, dedication, and knowledge to every transaction she handles.

Real Estate is not just a way for Claudia to fulfill her childhood dreams, it is also a way for her to contribute to those around her. Investing in real estate has been a way for her family to live a comfortable life and travel the world, she loves to share that knowledge with her clients. When she is not selling or investing in real estate Claudia spends her time with her two boys that she shares with her husband of over 10 years. Her family loves to go to baseball games, the beach and travel the world. In between real estate and her family, Claudia also dedicates time to herself by practicing yoga and reading books to expand her knowledge, she constantly craves new information and is always looking for ways to improve her professional and personal life.

She has worked under one of the most reputable structural engineers in Los Angeles for 12 years and has three years of Mortgage experience. She has a close circle of significant investors, designers, engineers, and builders. Her passion for giving back to the community and helping families find what they are looking for and more has constantly been a priority. She has two beautiful children that have become her driving force in accumulating information about all available school districts and education systems in the Los Angeles area. This has enabled her to become the "go-to" person for moms who are seeking high-quality education for their children. Serves as Executive Assistant to The Oz Group. Liz provides a high standard of service and communication to all clientele. Manages the overall strategic planning for communications. Prepares departmental information including expense reports, contracts, lease agreements and business licenses. Assists with all aspects of management, including scheduling appointments, property services, inspections, tenant requests and dispatch tasks to assigned technicians. Organizes and maintains client files to ensure current information on prospective buyers. Liz is dedicated and continues to build stronger relationships with all referral sources, past clients and future clients in order to maximize client satisfaction and ratings. Liz enjoys helping people and provides positive, friendly client services. She coordinates with all parties, including buyers, agents, clients and third-party affiliates to ensure a smooth and easy transaction. With her pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills, she continues to execute and exceed agent and client expectations.
Zach Pomer
PR & Marketing
Zach is responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining THE OZ GROUP brand. She develops strategies and executes tactics that communicate the message of our team. She oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support both the brand and the marketing strategy. This includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, and direct response. Minna is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. Her ability to manipulate the formal elements of visual communication through analysis, attention to detail, communication, and creativity allows her to keep our THE OZ GROUP current to business challenges and trends. She stays informed about current marketing trends and monitors industry changes closely to help maintain our team's competitiveness.

Monica, as Transaction Coordinator she provides a high level of service and communication to our clients. Monica manages the firm’s overall strategic planning agendas and client/vendor communications. Monica maintains the listings of active, pending, and coming soon properties. These responsibilities include scheduling appointments, inspections, communicating directly with buyers, sellers, vendors and third-party affiliates. She coordinates all parties and processes to ensure a smooth and easy transaction.
